“The child is both a hope and a promise for mankind”
What is CCGM: A wildflower school?
Mission: Our mission is to cultivate a vibrant learning community for students in grades 6–12 through an adolescent-centered Montessori education that honors interdependence as the foundation for independence. We prepare adolescents to think critically, contribute meaningfully, and grow in responsibility through creative work, collaboration, and a deep connection to the natural world.
Vision: Our vision is a generation of young adults who understand themselves as capable, connected, and responsible members of a larger community. Graduates of Charm City Garden Montessori: A Wildflower School think critically, work collaboratively, care for the natural world, and contribute meaningfully to the social and economic life of their communities.
We are excited to introduce CCGM as a Wildflower school, set to open in Baltimore City in the Fall of 2028. As a public charter school, we will foster a close-knit community that emphasizes collaboration and support.
We embrace the Montessori method, which focuses on hands-on learning and nurturing the whole child. Our dedicated teachers will serve as both Montessori instructors and administrative leaders, ensuring a cohesive and enriching educational experience. Our curriculum and school culture are grounded in our guiding principles: Care. Cultivate. Conserve.
By prioritizing these values, we aim to empower our students to thrive both academically and personally. Thank you for your interest in our vision for CCGM: A Wildflower School.
